Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Annoor Beauty currently ships within the United States. (USPS, FedEx, UPS)

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on destination and order size.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping by default.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees may apply
  • Refunds (if requested) will exclude original shipping charges

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
